Sodding follows a set method at riker:volchok Construction, Landscapes & Design in Waterloo: a sod cutter strips the existing lawn to bare soil, a layer of top quality black soil goes on, the area is graded for proper drainage, and sod cut that day is laid. All of its sod comes direct from the area's top grower, fresh cut to order, and the company has sodded hundreds of homes with large builders and residential customers across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph. Lawn care adds aeration, fertilizing, overseeding and topdressing with triple mix. Mulching, garden beds, decks, pergolas, interlock, natural stone, retaining walls, landscape design and interior renovations round out the services, and estimates are free.
