C•NIK Property Services

C-NIK Property Services is a lawn care company serving Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Woodbridge, North York, Newmarket, Aurora, Markham, Bolton and nearby areas, with insured service and the same crew on every visit. Weekly or bi-weekly mowing runs from the end of April to early November, with edging, trimming and bagged clippings, and weekly mowing is advertised from $40 a visit. For a new lawn the crew tears out the old yard, disposes of it, grades the soil and lays fresh sod rolls, then rolls them with a water-filled roller. Overseeding, fertilizer packages, aeration, de-weeding, soil turning and tilling, hedge trimming, mulching and spring and fall cleanups round out the work, with snow removal in winter for homes and commercial properties.
