Instant Lawns

Instant Lawns is a family-owned landscaping company in Ottawa with more than 15 years behind it, built around sod. A lawn replacement starts with rototilling or removal and disposal of the old lawn, then at least 3 inches of screened organic topsoil, then sod from local Ontario sod farms laid within 24 hours of harvest, with a sprinkler system set up right after. Most residential replacements finish in one to two days. In-house crews handle grading and soil remediation, hydroseeding covers large turf areas, and artificial turf, smart irrigation, interlock patios, gardening and commercial resodding round out the services. A 3 year warranty covers the installation service. The business is fully insured, with workers covered through private insurance and WSIB, and it gives free quotes and on-site assessments.
