Escarpment Contracting

Escarpment Contracting is a locally owned property maintenance and exterior contracting business serving St. Catharines, Thorold, Niagara Falls, Fonthill, Niagara-on-the-Lake and Welland for homeowners and property managers. Recurring work includes lawn care and grass cutting, spring and fall cleanups, tree and hedge trimming, tree removal and eavestrough cleaning, plus snow removal through the winter. Bigger jobs are quoted line by line and cover roofing, eavestrough installation, fences and chain-link, and sod installation, where new lawns are laid on a properly prepared, graded base. Grass seeding, junk removal and gutter guard installation are also offered. The same four-step process applies to a front lawn or forty doors, and property managers can request quotes for condos, buildings and rental portfolios. Written quotes are free.
