Ed Hekert Landscaping Ltd (EHL)

Ed Hekert Landscaping Ltd, known as EHL, started in 1981 as a commercial landscape contractor specializing in grading and sod installation. For over 40 years it has worked for home builders in Ancaster, Burlington, Hamilton and across the Niagara Peninsula. Trevor and Vanessa Hekert now run the company, which still serves the new-build market and has grown into custom residential landscaping, including interlock patios, outdoor lighting, garden design, decks, steps, walls, planting and full backyard transformations. A homeowner review says the company was contracted to lay all the sod in their subdivision. Pergolas, pools, fences, landscape lighting, steps and slabs, and spring and fall cleanups are also on the service list. Free design consultations are offered. Rated 4.5 from 15 Google reviews, 13 of them five stars and 2 one star.
