Jv Property Management

Landscaping, seasonal clean-ups and snow removal across the GTA are the base of JV Property Management Inc., which also does stonework, hardscaping and tree work. Sod installation uses locally sourced turf and ranges from full lawn replacements to new builds, and grading and ground prep come first so water drains and the base holds. Uneven yards and water pooling near the house are handled with grading, re-sloping and gravel prep. Flagstone patios and interlock walkways, tree removals and pruning, canopy care, leaf removal, hedge trimming, garden design, fertilization and lawn mowing complete the list. Grass seeding, retaining walls and outdoor water feature design are also offered, and hours are posted. Rated 4.8 from 39 Google reviews, 36 of them five stars, 2 at four stars and 1 at one star.
