Van Oordt Landscaping

Van Oordt Landscaping is an established family landscaping company in Kitchener with more than 40 years of experience, working with builders as well as homeowners and commercial clients. Grading and sodding are central: its heavy equipment handles sub grading, digging, top soiling, fine grading and sodding, and fine grading is done on every new sod install. Grades are checked by laser, areas the tractor cannot reach are raked by hand, large stones and debris are removed, and the crew supplies and installs the sod. It also corrects drainage issues in lawns and along foundations. The design side includes custom landscape design, ponds and fountains, natural and armour stone retaining walls, and interlocking driveways and walkways, and Steve has been a landscape architect since 1993. Commercial maintenance covers weekly cutting and trimming, seeding, fertilization and weed control, with a snowplow season from November 1 to March 31. Free estimates are offered.
